Amazing! I have bought several things from Brooks and every time was a wonderful experience. I was always pleasantly greeted and the staff were very understanding and accommodating to my needs. I compared prices between brooks and several big box stores and found that Brooks was the most fairly priced for what I needed.

Had to buy a couch last minute for the holiday season. Went in close to closing time and was initially worried about being the only customer in the store (you know how aggressive sales can be). I was pleasantly surprised and found a nice couch for a nice price! Knowing the timeline I was requiring to have the couch delivered, I was again impressed when Brooks was able to get a delivery driver lined up for a next day delivery. Thanks again for the experience.

Great prices great sales people purchased a yellow couch a orange chair and a purple ottoman for a great price and the colors fit in my home beautifully also purchased bunk beds and now have a beautiful 8 piece dinning table on their awesome lay a way plan. We are Brooks shoppers for life

I shopped all over Niagara for a Sectional Sofa, the exact same sectional I bought for $799 at Brooks Furniture was at Leons for $1699...I would definitely recommend this store, great sales staff delivery was very fast and professional.
